Design

Once the brief is established our design team will work up initial concepts for you to refine prior to a final design document being signed off

Quotation

Our Quotation has been designed so that its clear to understand and comprehensive, clearly outlining both inclusions and exclusions

Pre-Order Meeting

This meeting between all involved helps to resolve any Commercial or Technical areas for consideration

Pre-Start

Typically held on Site, this meeting focuses on how the project will be run operationally to ensure its run smoothly both all involved

Check Measure

This allows us to ensure that the kitchen is going to be compatible with the newly built home so as to save installation challenges later on

Delivery

All furniture is double checked for & delivered by DBD’s own fleet of Trucks for quality assurance

Installation

Our highly experienced installation teams carry out the complete installation including Gas & Water connections where required

Sign Off

Following Installation we always ask the Customer to join us in checking to ensure the fit, feel & finish is as expected prior to sign off.

Warranty

Once the Installation has been completed, the plot is internally registered with our Customer Care team so that they can be on hand to resolve installation defects throughout the agreed defect liability period.
